I'm taking a cue from one of my fellow Collection System Committee members and adding a little more of the personal side to my bio. I grew up in Michigan, went to school at Purdue and spent the 1980s in Indianpolis watching that city grow up to be a really nice place to live. Moved back to Michigan in 1990 where I watched my six kids grow up then scatter to both sides of the country with a few of them stopping overseas before landing. Glad they're all on this continent now.
I am a Vice President of Hubbell, Roth & Clark, a consulting firm in Bloomfield Hills, where I've worked on a wide range of collection systems and water resource recovery facility projects. I've had the opportunity to work with a lot of great people. I served as President of the Michigan Water Environement Association before becoming the chair of the WEF CSC. My outside interests center around fly fishing, singing in choir with my wife, and spending as much time as possible in northern Michigan.
